- Providing broad assistance in developing and implementing strategies and plans with respect to environmental liability issues facing the company, including litigation for numerous industrial companies and their legal counsel;
- Define and manage the assessment of natural resource damages related to Superfund sites and oil spills for multiple industrial firms;
- Assess possible effects of energy, greenhouse gases and climate change initiatives on multiple industrial companies’ operations;
- Recommended ways to strengthen a corporate client’s environmental management program, including matters related to environmental auditing and sustainability;
- Defined environmental permit requirements related to a corporate client’s plan to expand its operations;
- Identification and evaluation of environmental liability criteria and requirements; in multiple Member States of the European Union;
- Assessed the impacts of international sustainable development initiatives on operations and corporate plans for several corporate clients.
